Garth Davis’ biographical film, Lion, has finally arrived on Blu-ray through Lionsgate.

It tells the true story of a young man named Sheru, who is separated from his family in India, and is later adopted by an Australian couple, played by Nicole Kidman (in an Oscar-nominated role) and David Wenham.

Twenty years later, Sheru attempts to track down his biological family using Google Earth, and embarks on a journey that will ultimately lead to an emotional reunion with his long-lost family.

This powerful film was nominated for several Oscars, and features fantastic performances from all involved. The Blu-ray features several special features and is available for purchase now.
